Some basic information worth knowing about me for whoever is interested:
- born in February, 1985, in a lowland city, Satu Mare, located in the North-West of Transylvania, Romania.
- at the citizenship field in my identity card is Romanian, but my nationality is Hungarian. Strange? Not here in Transylvania…
- I started my studies at the Scoala Generala Lucian Blaga elementary school, Satu Mare (grade I-VIII, 1992-2000).
- the Kolcsey Ferenc Fogimnazium, Satu Mare, mathematics-informatics profile was the next step (grade IX-XII, 2000-2004).
- Sapientia EMTE University, Targu Mures, computer science profile was the perfect choice for an academic degree (2004-2009). At 29 June 2009 (10.30 PM) I successfully graduated as a Computer Technology Engineer. Best day of my life!
- getting a job wasn’t a problem at all for me, as I was already working for more than one year at iStorm. It’s a small company in Targu Mures, where everybody feels just like home. We’re creating internet web sites and web applications.
- languages I spoke: of course Hungarian (perfect, native language), Romanian (from very good to perfect), English (very good) and French (very little, and mostly to read).
- during the university years, I acquired basic programming skills in C and C++, Java, Matlab and microprocessor programming. Basic, because they are really just the first steps of our programming education, and when you get to a company, there is where you acquire the rest.
- right now I’m working as a programmer, creating web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript and Ajax.
- my biggest hobbies are dancing, football and… my Laptop (an Acer TM5520)
- “A dream is a microscope through which we look at the hidden occurrences in our soul.” Well, my biggest dream was to become a pilot. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be (actually it was in a small part, but I was flying airplanes just for one summer). I hope one day I will make enough money to buy myself an airplane (just a small one will be enough..).
- I’d like to attend a Liverpool-MU match standing at the Kop and singing You’ll Never Walk Alone with the 44.000 other Liverpool fans
